Here is the latest summary of Long Beach service call data. In the past 24 hours, residents submitted 137 new service requests. The most common issue reported was "Dumped Items", accounting for 61 of those requests.
The data shows some very fast response times for closed cases. Sidewalk Repair requests were closed in an average of about 4 minutes and Street Repair requests in about 18 minutes. These unusually low times may be due to administrative closures and not reflect on-site work completion. Tree Maintenance requests were also addressed quickly, with an average response time of about 88 minutes.
