Over the past day, E-Scooter complaints topped the list with 44 reports. All 44 were marked as closed referred. Please note that unusually low response times or immediate closures are often due to administrative routing or automated closures rather than actual work completions.
Graffiti and Dumped Items were also major concerns, each receiving 35 reports. The majority of these requests are currently marked as new or in progress and have not yet logged a completion time.
For services that recorded completed response times in the last 24 hours, Animal Services responded to closed cases in an average of 14 hours. Dead Animal Pickup requests were also handled in an average of 14 hours.
