Here is the latest 24-hour service call data summary for Long Beach, brought to you by the Hustle Long Beach! accountability project.
Over the past day, Dumped Items received the highest volume with 90 reports, though 79 of these remain in the New status. E-Scooter complaints followed with 48 reports, all of which were referred to outside agencies and closed. Graffiti issues saw 39 reports with an average response time of about 6.5 hours.
Park Maintenance showed an unusually fast average response time of just 18 minutes for its 8 calls. Please note that unusually low response times like this may be due to administrative closures rather than actual work completions. On the higher end for the day, Vegetation issues averaged nearly 13 hours for a response.
