Here is the latest 24-hour city service data update for the Hustle Long Beach! community.
Over the past day, Dumped Items received the highest volume of calls with 100 total reports, though 91 remain in the new status. The average response time for Dumped Items was 1.6 hours. E-Scooter complaints followed with 49 reports, all of which were closed and referred. Graffiti rounded out the top three with 33 reports and an average response time of 2.5 hours.
Several service categories showed exceptionally fast response times. Park Maintenance averaged 18 minutes across 8 reports. Sidewalk Repair and Street Repair both averaged 26 minutes for their respective 19 and 9 reports. Tree Maintenance averaged 32 minutes, and Light issues averaged 56 minutes.
Please note that response times under 90 minutes are unusually low for physical repairs. These rapid turnaround times may be due to administrative closures, duplicate flagging, or referrals to other departments rather than actual work completions.
