Over 15,000 service requests were submitted by the public. The most common reports were for Dumped Items, with 5,957 requests, and Graffiti, with 3,665 requests.
Average response times varied by service type. The city took about two weeks to resolve reports of dumped items. Graffiti removal requests were completed in an average of about 5.5 days. Some of the quickest responses were for Animal Services (about 15 hours) and Dead Animal Pickup (about 16 hours).
