Dumped Items remain the highest volume category with 6,526 total reports. The average response time for these issues is currently approximately 11 days. Graffiti reports totaled 3,086, with an average resolution time of just over 3 days.
Infrastructure requests show that Street Repair, which includes potholes, received 844 reports with an average response time of about 5 days. Tree Maintenance saw 860 reports with a response time averaging nearly 6 days. Park Maintenance recorded 194 reports, also averaging about 6 days for a response.
For urgent sanitation issues, Dead Animal Pickup handled 435 requests with an average response time of 13.5 hours.
Please note that unusually low response times may be due to administrative closures rather than actual work completions. Residents are encouraged to use the Go Long Beach service application to report issues to the city.
