Here is the latest 90-day summary of Long Beach service request data.
Over the past 90 days, residents submitted more than 16,400 service requests. The most common reports were for dumped items (6,436 requests), graffiti (3,266 requests), and e-scooter issues (2,681 requests).
The average response time for dumped item removal was approximately 13.5 days. Graffiti removal requests were addressed in about 4.5 days on average. In contrast, reports for dead animal pickups and other animal services were closed in about 12 hours. Some unusually fast response times may be due to administrative closures and not on-site work completion.
