The highest volume of citizen reports involved Dumped Items with 2,327 calls, followed by Graffiti with 1,103 calls, and E-Scooter issues with 1,003 calls.
Response times varied significantly across different service types. For Dumped Items, the average response time was 8.5 days. Park Maintenance and Light issues both took over 3 days on average to see a response. Graffiti reports were addressed in an average of 40 hours. Dead Animal Pickup was relatively fast, averaging 7 hours. Street Repair and Tree Maintenance averaged 65 hours and 63 hours, respectively.
Please note that unusually low response times may be due to administrative closures and not actual work completions.
