Hustle Long Beach! has reviewed the latest 30-day city service data to keep you informed on local response times and request volumes.
Over the past month, Dumped Items led all service requests with 2,311 reports. The city took an average of 8.5 days to respond to these cases. Graffiti was the second most reported issue with 1,104 calls, averaging a 40-hour response time. E-Scooter complaints reached 1,002, though nearly all were immediately referred to outside operators.
Other notable service times include park maintenance, which took an average of 3.7 days to address 75 reports. Dead animal pickups averaged a 7-hour response for 163 reports, and street repairs took about 65 hours on average for 211 reports. Please note that unusually low response times may sometimes be due to administrative closures rather than actual physical work completions.
