Here is a look at Long Beach city service response data for the past week.
Residents submitted 313 requests for dumped items, making it the most reported issue. This was followed by 194 reports for graffiti and 185 for e-scooter issues.
Average response times for closed service requests varied. Graffiti removal took about 1.5 days. Dumped items were addressed in about 30 hours on average. Animal-related services were quicker, with dead animal pickups averaging around 8.5 hours. Some services, like Park Maintenance, had unusually fast response times of under 2 hours, which may be due to administrative closures and not work completion.
