Over the past week, Dumped Items led the service requests with 463 reports, taking an average of 57.6 hours to resolve. E-Scooter complaints followed with 256 reports, all of which were referred to outside agencies. Graffiti removal saw 232 requests with an average response time of 18.4 hours.
Street Repair and Tree Maintenance each received 63 requests, averaging 17.2 hours and 8.4 hours for response times, respectively. Trash and Debris reports took an average of 47.7 hours to address across 11 requests.
The fastest recorded response time was for Running Water issues, averaging just 13 minutes for 3 requests. Please note that unusually low response times may be due to administrative closures rather than actual work completions.
