Here is a look at Long Beach city service requests from the past week.
According to city data, the most reported issue was dumped items, with 638 requests submitted. This was followed by 278 reports for graffiti removal and 200 for e-scooter issues.
The average response time for closed requests for dumped items was about 24 hours. For graffiti removal, the average response time was about 25 hours. Reports for street repair and sidewalk repair were addressed in an average of about 20 hours and 12 hours, respectively.
